**Role Overview**

Websters Rural is seeking a Senior Farm Business Consultant to deliver consultancy services to farmers across Cumbria. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the company's growth and success in the agricultural sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide expert consultancy services to farmers, including comprehensive farm business appraisals and management of Basic Payment Scheme and grant applications
* Compile reports and budgets for various agreements
* Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of professionals

**Requirements**

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team
* Combination of practical and farm business experience
* Knowledge of DEFRA's subsidies and Agricultural Transition Period
* Previous experience of managing a team
* 3+ years' experience in arable/livestock sectors (desirable)
* FACTS and BASIS qualifications (desirable)
