We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Procurement Specialist to join our successful team, working closely with senior consultants to deliver first-class procurement services. As a Graduate Procurement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to learn about procurement & supply chain management, develop your skills as a consultant, and gain real-world experience.

The role involves end-to-end client engagement, from specification and proposal development to delivery, recommendation, and implementation. Your responsibilities will include hosting client meetings, creating proposals, analyzing data, managing governance and reporting, understanding and mitigating risks, managing projects, developing RFPs, negotiating with suppliers, and delivering training workshops.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a commercial mindset, excellent people skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels. You should also be numerate, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A business-related degree with a focus on procurement and supply chain is preferred.

As a Graduate Procurement Specialist, you will have access to a wide range of clients and industries, enabling you to develop your skills in procurement and consulting. You will also receive 1:1 mentoring, a training allowance, and support for completing your MCIPS qualifications. Our flexible working policy allows you to work from our Head Office or on client sites, depending on the project requirements.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
