About This RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading procurement initiatives aligned with organisational goals. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver procurement objectives, and conduct supply market analysis to inform procurement decisions.
This position requires a professional with experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in highly regulated industries. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at managing multiple projects, and possess strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead procurement initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver procurement objectives.
- Conduct supply market analysis to inform procurement decisions.
- Proven experience in senior purchasing/procurement/supply chain positions.
- Ability to adapt to complex projects that require patience.
Location: Chorley
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Working Hours: 4 day working week with flexible hours and hybrid work model
