About the Role

Page Personnel Sales is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join their team in Henley-on-Thames. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the field sales team, B2B business support, and meeting targets while making outgoing phone calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including online market research, company database management, and lead generation
  • Make outgoing sales support phone calls to confirm details, names, addresses, and other relevant information
  • Hit targets and KPIs by following up leads using the telephone and booking meetings for the sales team
  • Support the field sales team in a fast-paced environment, working to targets and KPIs
Requirements
  • B2B telephone-based customer service or sales experience
  • Professional visual and verbal image at all times
  • Ability to undertake training as required
