We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced sales environment, supporting the field sales team with various commercial tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
  • Make outgoing sales calls to customers and prospects, confirming details and following up on leads.
  • Conduct online market research and update company databases with new information.
  • Assist with sales targets and KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Support the field sales team with commercial tasks, including booking meetings and appointments.
Requirements
  • B2B telephone-based customer service or sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
