About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our field sales team, providing administrative assistance, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our sales team, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with sales administration tasks, including data entry, report generation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Conduct market research and gather information to support sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, building trust and rapport to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs, providing support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
