About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our field sales team by providing administrative assistance, making outgoing sales calls, and following up on leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, email management, and document preparation
  • Make outgoing sales calls to customers and prospects to confirm details, book meetings, and follow up on leads
  • Conduct online market research and update company databases to ensure accurate information
  • Work closely with the sales team to hit targets and KPIs, and provide regular progress updates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects through regular communication and follow-up calls
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £27,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid time off.
