Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our field sales team, providing administrative assistance, and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our sales team, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with sales administration tasks, including data entry, report generation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct market research and gather information to support sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities and trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, building trust and rapport to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Proven experience in sales support or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data entry, report generation, and record-keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
We offer a competitive salary of circa £22,000 to £27,000, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
