The Support and Empowerment Coordinator will work closely with our team to provide support and guidance to young mothers. This will involve:
- Providing emotional support, guidance, and a friendly ear for young moms.
- Assisting with day-to-day tasks and running errands.
- Offering advice on parenting techniques, healthy lifestyles, and self-care.
- Organizing and facilitating support groups and educational workshops.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess empathy, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience working with young mothers or in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
