WJF Technical Support invites you to apply for the position of Motor Vehicle Parts Coordinator, based in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in organizing and co-coordinating motor vehicle parts sales to meet customer and inter-departmental requirements. Your primary objectives will be to maximize sales volumes and margins, accurately identify customer parts requirements, and maintain stock levels. You will also be responsible for processing orders efficiently and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. In addition, you will contribute to departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines. To succeed in this challenging yet rewarding role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer satisfaction skills. Previous experience within a similar parts sales position is mandatory, as is current experience within a main dealership or motor factor. Knowledge of commercial vehicle parts is desirable, as is a full manual driving license. Our company offers a competitive starting salary of £28,000 + bonus, along with a flexible working schedule that includes one Saturday every two weeks at overtime rate.
