We are seeking a highly skilled Meetings & Events Assistant Operations Manager to join our team at art'otel Hoxton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and meetings across our 10 diverse event rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Operations: Streamline the operations of our event spaces, hosting a mix of corporate and leisure meetings, banquets, drinks receptions, and parties.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee our inventory and collaborate with the team to ensure our event spaces are well-stocked and versatile, all within budget.
  • Client Relations: Proactively seek feedback from clients to gather information to continuously enhance our events experience.
  • Enquiry Management: Handle client enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Team Leadership: Create a positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative work environment, bringing your colleagues together into one great team.
  • Training and Development: Stay up-to-date on industry standards and offer ongoing training and development to team members to ensure alignment.
  • Professionalism: Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of your role.
About the Team

You will be working in a dynamic and creative environment that is perfect for product launch screenings, private dining, and exclusive hire. Our 60-seater auditorium can be combined with our Art Gallery Creative rooms or Restaurant and bar, offering a unique and stylish space for any gathering up to 300 guests.
