Commercial Sales Professional

We are looking for a highly capable and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator or Associate to join our Sevenoaks office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing buyer interactions, generating property viewings, and achieving sales targets.

About the Role:
- Manage day-to-day interactions with buyers, including arranging viewings, providing expert advice, and securing sales in a competitive market.
- Leverage buyer enquiries to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain precise records on our internal database, ensuring all buyer and property information is up-to-date.
- Handle inquiries from various channels, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Conduct property viewings and follow up on feedback from prospective buyers, capitalising on every opportunity to close a sale.
What You Will Need:
- Experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer, or Assistant Manager.
- Knowledge of the Sevenoaks property market, including current trends and local competition.
- Self-sufficient, motivated, and driven individual with a passion for delivering outstanding results in a high-performing office environment.
The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
