Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our client's team in the South West & South Wales region.
This face-to-face field-based role involves generating sales through new business and account management, requiring a strong understanding of the Optical sales market.
The successful candidate will have a life science, technical or Business degree and receive an excellent salary of £55,000 plus benefits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Positioning the client's product portfolio from both a clinical and commercial perspective.
- Contributing to key account identification and tailoring account plans in line with the adopted account strategy.
- Constructing a personal development plan with guidance from the line manager and taking accountability for implementing it.
