As a Renewal Growth Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our existing customers by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with them. With a competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per year, plus commission, you will have the chance to earn a significant income based on your performance.

In this role, you will work closely with our software and services specialists to provide excellent customer service and exceed targets. Your primary goal will be to follow up on existing opportunities, win renewal quotes, find new opportunities, sell software licenses and services, and manage and grow accounts.

This position requires a passion for technology and self-development, as well as previous business-to-business sales experience and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You should also have at least GCSE grade C (or equivalent) and above in Maths and English.

About the Role
  • Identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with existing customers
  • Work closely with software and services specialists to provide excellent customer service
  • Follow up on existing opportunities, win renewal quotes, and find new opportunities
  • Sell software licenses and services, and manage and grow accounts
