**Job Summary:**

CMN is recruiting a qualified and passionate Early Years Teacher to work at our Montessori nursery in Gerrards Cross, supporting the development of children aged 6 months - 5 years old.

Main Tasks:

  • Teaching and Care: Deliver high-quality teaching and care to children, fostering their cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Lesson Planning: Create engaging and informative lesson plans aligned with the Montessori curriculum, promoting children's curiosity and love for learning.
  • Staff Support: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive work environment, providing guidance and mentoring when needed.
  • Parent Relations: Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in decision-making processes.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience as an Early Years Teacher in a nursery setting, preferably with Montessori qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Salary: £23,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
