We are seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Manager to join our team at Source 4. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of effective HR and Employee Relations processes. This role demands a proactive, organized, and people-focused individual who can provide guidance to managers on terms and conditions of employment and share knowledge of best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Provide advisory services to managers on employment-related matters
• Offer first-line advice on employee benefits
• Support line managers on Employee Relations casework, including disputes, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, retirement, and redundancy
• Monitor and update HR policies and processes
Requirements:
• Proven experience in HR or a related field
• Strong understanding of employment law and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
