We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to fill the position of Care Home Leadership Position. This role offers a competitive salary range of £26,000 - £33,000 per annum and provides opportunities for ongoing training and development.
As a Care Home Leadership Position, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support services to our clients. This involves managing and supervising a team of caregivers, ensuring they provide exceptional care and support to our residents, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
