Job Title: Mental Health Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Clinical Lead to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality mental health support to children and young people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of clinicians and supervisors, providing clinical supervision and guidance, and contributing to the development of our mental health services.

This is a permanent position, and we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including access to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of clinicians and supervisors, providing clinical supervision and guidance
  • Contribute to the development of our mental health services, including the design and delivery of new programs and initiatives
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including education settings, local authorities, and other healthcare providers
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, service users, and their families
  • Monitor performance and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Masters-level qualification in a relevant field, such as psychology or social work
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working therapeutically or clinically with children and young people
  • Experience in delivering CBT-informed practice and multi-agency collaborative working
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
