Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team. As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose patients with mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide counseling and therapy to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience working in a community mental health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of mental health legislation and policies
