About the Role

Bright Side Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service and Parts Administrator to join our team. As a Service and Parts Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take customer service and repair bookings over the phone and in person
  • Check in and out all vehicles
  • Input data onto a bespoke CRM system
  • Explain and advise customers of any additional required works
  • Raise invoices, create estimates, and other associated paperwork
  • Order parts and organize goods in
  • Follow up and provide progress reports to customers throughout the day
  • Welcome and greet visitors
  • The occasional tea and coffee making
Requirements
  • Great communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to build a strong rapport with customers
  • High levels of accuracy and an ability to multi-task
  • A friendly, empathetic, and efficient attitude
  • The ability to work well individually and with a team to achieve goals
  • The ability to learn new computer systems quickly and effectively
  • Previous experience gained from working in a similar environment is desirable, but not essential
  • A full, clean UK driving licence would also be of benefit
