Job Title: TA Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented TA Project Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Housing Partnership and Service Improvement Team, you will provide administrative support to the Temporary Accommodation Reduction Project Manager and team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and team, ensuring smooth project operations.
  • Gather and manage data using multiple databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Distribute large volumes of mail via post and email communications, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Answer queries and create detailed reports, providing valuable insights to the team.
  • Create and maintain electronic files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Handle high-volume mailings and manage email communications, maintaining a professional tone.
  • Collect and organize data for effective spreadsheet management, identifying trends and patterns.
Contract and Location:

This is a temporary post for 6-12 months, with a minimum of 2 days per week working in the office. While the service is primarily based in Laurence House, we operate a hybrid approach, allowing you to work from home as determined by service requirements.
