Customer Service Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at GP Logistics in Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confirm scheduled routes for the week, including calling customers to inform them of delivery dates and times.
  • Update customer information and addresses on our system.
  • Handle customer inquiries and supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage emails and respond to customer queries promptly.
  • Review order flags on our system and ensure all flags are addressed and resolved.
  • Maintain organized paperwork in the office.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the Customer Service Manager.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with flexible hours to accommodate customer needs.
