About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Account Receivable Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger and providing support to the finance department.

Key Duties:
  • Process invoices and credit notes
  • Match and code purchase orders
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Resolve supplier queries
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk is essential
  • Strong numerical and data entry skills are required
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team are necessary
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and finance software systems
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000.
