About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team at Vansdirect. The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen and be able to drive process improvement and enhance performance through financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Leadership & Change Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team and lead change management initiatives to improve business performance.
