Job Description: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: England, Greater London, Romford

Role Overview

In this key role, you will work closely with a student with special educational needs, providing tailored support to enhance their educational experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support the student in completing academic tasks and participating in activities
  • Collaborate with educators to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Offer emotional support and promote the student's overall well-being
Qualifications and Experience

A relevant qualification, such as GCSEs in English and Maths, combined with experience working with children with special educational needs, is essential for success in this role. Strong knowledge of special education practices and strategies is also required.

Please note that this role requires collaboration with teaching staff and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

The salary for this role is £83.85 - £85 per day, plus a £50 referral fee.
