Job Description

The role involves working closely with students with ASD and a range of additional needs, providing tailored support to help them thrive academically and socially. You will assist the class teacher in delivering a differentiated curriculum that meets the needs of all learners, foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, and use effective behavior management strategies to support students with complex needs.

Requirements
  • Prior experience working in an ARP setting or with SEN students in a school environment is essential.
