Job Summary

You will be responsible for leading the project team, managing the construction delivery, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project team and ensure successful completion of the project
- Manage the construction delivery and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and budget requirements
- Coordinate with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and trade contractors
- Develop and implement project plans, strategies, and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues

Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of management processes and techniques
- Proficient knowledge of technical trades, including installation and testing methods
- Experience in commercial management and financial control
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
