Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cost Management: Prepare and manage budgets for MEP packages across commercial projects.
  2. Tender Documents: Create and review tender documents, contracts, and cost control plans.
  3. Project Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to ensure budgets are adhered to and commercial objectives are met.
  4. Financial Reporting: Provide regular reporting on project financials, including forecasting and risk analysis.
  5. Sub-contractor Management: Manage sub-contractors and supplier accounts, ensuring value for money.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within MEP, with a focus on either electrical or mechanical works.
  2. Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project financials.
  3. Construction Experience: Experience in handling commercial construction projects.
