About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our team at Ventula Consulting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and enhancing our overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance process performance.
  • Capture pain points and overall process performance through data analysis and execute root cause analysis where necessary.
  • Manage CI projects using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless integration.
  • Develop and maintain process maps and documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Experience in process analysis, including process mapping and pain point identification.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks.
  • Good understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g. Prince, Agile & Scrum).
