As a Children's Home Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of support staff to ensure the highest standards of care and support for residents
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborating with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the home
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to residents and staff

  • A competitive salary of £15.24 per hour (Level 3) or £16.68 per hour (Level 5)
  • A generous holiday package, including 224 hours per year and additional days off after two years of service

Requirements for this role include:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (or willingness to use the company car)
  • Experience working with children and young adults with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour
