About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager to join our leadership team as a Deputy Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in providing exceptional care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement support plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users
  • Contribute to risk assessments and rota planning to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
  • Support the recruitment and development of team members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home and the delivery of high-quality care
