About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager to join our leadership team as a Deputy Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll provide support with key activities such as developing support plans, risk assessments, rota planning, recruitment, and development of team members.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Home Manager in ensuring the safety of all individuals
  • Motivate your team with ideas that keep the people we support engaged, fulfilled, and happy
  • Develop and implement support plans that meet the needs of individuals
  • Contribute to the development of team members through training and coaching
