Care Home Deputy Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents. You will be responsible for supervising and coaching colleagues, taking charge in the Home Manager's absence, and contributing to the development of our care teams.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in person-led care planning, knowledge of National Standards, and excellent communication skills. You will be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care. You will also be a team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
