Care Home Deputy Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, including supervising and coaching colleagues to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues alike.
About YouWe are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centred care, with a strong background in care planning and management. You will be a creative problem-solver, able to think on your feet and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
You will be a team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop your skills. You will be committed to delivering outstanding care and support to our residents, and will be passionate about promoting kindness and compassion in all aspects of your work.
