As Operations Team Leader at Marshalls Landscape Protection, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10+ employees in a medium/large manufacturing site. Your mission is to ensure the overall safe operation of plant and equipment, safety, quality, waste, and OEE targets.




  • Experience in a traditional employee relations climate
  • A knowledge and understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
  • Some experience of implementing continuous improvement/lean manufacturing techniques, such as DMAIC
  • IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate and other relevant qualifications, such as ILM or Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience of maximising the potential of others, including development and performance management
  • Demonstrable experience of driving and improving site performance
