About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned professional with experience in managing operations teams in a medium/large manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety, quality, and people management. You'll be responsible for ensuring the overall safe operation of plant and equipment, maintaining a safe working environment, and supporting the Area Operations Manager to exceed KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead an operations team (10+) and be responsible for all operational activities defined to your area.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all by behaving in a way consistent with safe working practices.
  • Support a zero-tolerance approach to breaches in safety standards.
  • Exceed KPIs by ensuring that business objectives are cascaded through to the manufacturing teams.
