About the Role

The eCommerce team at NEXT is seeking an International Regional Manager to drive global growth and success. Based at our Head Office in Leicestershire, this role offers a competitive salary, great benefits, and the opportunity to work with a leading fashion retailer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise eCommerce activities in designated international markets, focusing on increasing sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive international sales growth, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve commercial priorities.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and e-commerce trends, providing recommendations for future enhancements to the website.
  • Champion product area development, requesting improvements to site UX to support growth.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in eCommerce, a commercial mindset, and line management experience. You'll be highly analytical, with a passion for driving growth and improving customer experiences.
