### Job Title: Ecommerce Manager

#### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead our digital sales efforts and drive online growth. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and enhance customer experience
* Oversee the management of our website, including B2B/B2C online sales, product catalogue, and digital content
* Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Department on market pricing and strategy
* Analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize conversion rates and improve overall performance
* Lead and manage the E-commerce and Marketing Team to achieve key objectives and drive team growth
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend new initiatives to enhance our online presence

#### Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
* Proficiency in web analytics tools and digital marketing channels
* Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role
* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online payment gateways
