Front of House Receptionist Opportunity in Central Cardiff

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front of House Receptionist to join our team in Central Cardiff. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients with a professional demeanor
  • Provide refreshments and manage the layout of lunches
  • Conduct quality checks and clear rooms
  • Manage room set-up changes and reconcile invoices
  • Answer incoming calls and handle administrative duties
  • Ensure adequate stationery and consumables are maintained
  • Handle post, archiving tasks, and book couriers
  • Allocate office space and resources as needed
