About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential business clients within our industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and needs analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Present and explain the benefits of our services in a clear and compelling manner
- Generate warm leads and qualify them to an opportunity to close and sign up to our service
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to satisfied client
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar outbound calling role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment, balancing office and remote work effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A proactive and resilient attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
