Job Overview:

We are an award-winning social value driven business that prioritizes customer satisfaction and employee growth. As a result, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team and help us continue our growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Sales Calls: Conducting outbound sales calls to potential clients to identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and needs analysis
  2. Sales Opportunities: Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
  3. Service Presentation: Presenting and explaining the benefits of our services in a clear and compelling manner to generate warm leads and qualify them to an opportunity to close and sign up to our service
  4. Client Relationship Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to satisfied client
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with the sales and technical teams to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar outbound calling role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Able to adapt to a hybrid working environment, balancing office and remote work effectively
