We are seeking a Co-op/MDF Advertising Operations Specialist to join our team at 360insights.

Estimated Salary: $42,700 - $51,300

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to our Co-op/MDF line of business by utilizing various tools and platforms to manage claims and interactions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply policies and procedures in a detailed and accurate manner to ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Review and process co-op advertising claims, including calculations using client and compliant procedures.
  • Enter claims into 360's Platforms, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Be proactive in problem-solving, utilizing logic to address grey areas and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes are essential.
