Job Overview

Eurobase People is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to oversee and grow their key client accounts, aligning with the company's ethos of 'exceeding expectations'. This role involves identifying and sourcing top talent for esteemed IT consultancies and software providers in the UK and Europe.

The primary responsibility will be account ownership, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while driving profitability and discovering new business opportunities. The individual will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders within clients' organizations to comprehend their structure, workload, and future pipeline, while establishing trusted relationships and achieving measurable results.

This role also entails managing and mentoring a team of delivery consultants, providing leadership, training, and support to uphold best practices. We require someone with at least 2 years of experience in account management, talent acquisition, or a similar role, preferably in IT, software, or professional services.

While focused on delivery, the ideal candidate will be a commercial thinker who continually identifies opportunities to develop further business within new or existing accounts. Collaboration with colleagues and leadership is essential.

A positive mindset, motivation, and energy are crucial, along with the ability to work independently as a self-starter who is both planned and organized. Emotional Intelligence and relationship-building skills are vital for success in this role.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
