Job Title: Brand and Marketing Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Brand and Marketing Director to join our team at WorldFirst Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a regional marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness across Europe.
  • Lead the localization of the regional marketing strategy, ensuring content localization is aligned with regional nuances and customer considerations.
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing team to ensure consistent marketing message/proposition is established both internally and externally.
  • Manage, optimize, and effectively deploy a marketing budget with proven track record of leading and influencing teams both locally and remotely.
  • Drive and grow customer acquisition, through online and offline channels leveraging both global marketing, in-house as well as third-party/agency resources.

Requirements:

  • Senior, regional and strategic level marketing experience.
  • Fluent in English and ideally German; additional European languages are advantageous.
  • Have understanding and respect for different working cultures.
  • Ability to manage, optimize, and effectively deploy a marketing budget with proven track record of leading and influencing teams both locally and remotely.
