About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our brand marketing strategy, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Brand Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
  • Lead Marketing Team: Manage and coach a team of marketing professionals to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and improve customer engagement.
  • Build Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong relationships with our stakeholders, including sales, product, and business development teams.
  • Measure and Optimize: Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize our marketing strategy.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand marketing and leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the digital payments industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
