Job Summary

This role involves developing and implementing training programs to support staff members. The ideal candidate will have excellent guidance and coaching skills to help team members improve their performance.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our training initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance our services. Additionally, they will maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, making this an attractive opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
