About the Role:

The Training Development Specialist is a key support role for the Diageo Baileys Mallusk management team, responsible for training and development at the site. This involves championing training as a strategic imperative for the business and supporting a continuous learning culture.

Key responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis (TNA) to identify training opportunities, developing training solutions, and delivering training courses, programs, and events in line with legal and company requirements.

The successful candidate will have a minimum CIPD qualification or an HND in a business-related subject, experience in a training or HR role, and excellent organization, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
