The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, experience in managing multiple accounts, and a passion for design and branding within the hospitality market.

We are looking for someone who can develop and implement strategic plans for client accounts, cultivate and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key clients, and oversee the execution of design projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Director level within the design or creative industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Great leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective account plans.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Business Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability.
  • Industry Knowledge: Good knowledge of the design, F&B industry, including trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
