Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Resilient Healthcare. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will work closely with licensed physical therapists to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and implement exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Provide education and consultation services to patients, family members, and caregivers.
  • Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans under the guidance of physical therapists.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Clean and prepare equipment and examination rooms to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with continuing education requirements and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Texas.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and software applications.
  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
