About Us: NHC HealthCare Glasgow is a leading provider of quality long-term care, recognized nationwide for innovation and excellence. We're seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our experienced rehab team on a PRN basis.

Job Summary: This is a perfect opportunity to work a flexible schedule with a team of therapists treating patients with diverse diagnoses. As a COTA, you'll play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and regain independence.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting licensed occupational therapists in providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to promote physical and cognitive function.

Requirements: To be eligible for this role, you must have a Kentucky OTA license, be a graduate of an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Program, and be certified or eligible for certification by the NCBOT. Prior SNF and Matrix experience is highly desirable.
